Global Property Management is looking for energetic, results-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join the team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record and a minimum of 5 years total Property Maintenance experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisor capacity. Qualified candidate must have their HVAC certification.

Individuals must have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Supervise team of maintenance tech
• Completing maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
• Adding time work in our system
• Close completed work orders using AppFolio
• Apartment turnovers
• Maintaining curb appeal

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
• At least 2 years of Supervisory experience in apartment maintenance for 300 units.
• Must be HVAC certified.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) is a must!
• Must be available to be on-call after hours and weekends.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
